Individual Therapy

Invitations for co-journeying with us individually have been the foundation for therapeutic work at the FURSAT community. We acknowledge that personal narratives influence our sense of being. Typically speaking, we address a range of concerns, including adjustment issues, career-related confusion, identity-related concerns, and relational well-being. People with experiences of grief, depression, anxiety and abuse are being supported through Art-Based Approaches and Narrative Practices. Integration of various art forms such as poetry, music, storytelling, and body movement, happens to be the pillar of the process. We consider that clients are the experts of their lives. As therapists, we are more than willing to witness you as you make meaning of this existence.
